Our Pet Policy

Dogs and cats are allowed with a size and weight limit and no more than 2 pets per apartment. Pet deposits are required. One pet is a $500 Deposit with $250 non-refundable / 2 pets is a $700 deposit with $350 non-refundable. In addition, there is also a $25 monthly pet rent.

*Breed, size, and weight limitations and fee and deposit requiremnts do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws. We will consider any request for reasonable accommodations.
